The Fuel Surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance will be adjusted March 28, 2026, due to the cost of fuel.
It is as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $21.13 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $2.11 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $2.11 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from February 14 - March 20.
The lift charge will be effective March 28, 2026. The rental charge will be effective April 1, 2026.
This will be reviewed again April 18, 2026, for notification April 22, 2026.
