The Fuel Surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance will be adjusted April 25, 2026, due to the cost of fuel.
It is as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $32.93 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $3.29 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $3.29 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from March 21 - April 17.
The lift charge will be effective April 25, 2026. The rental charge will be effective May 1, 2026.
This will be reviewed again May 16, 2026, for notification May 20, 2026.
