The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights: 

• March 11 - 14: Eastbound I-90 closed between Seattle and Bellevue.  Traffic will be diverted to the express lanes.
• March 12: Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Downtown.
• March 13: Annual St. Pat's Day Dash will close streets in Downtown Seattle and South Lake Union.
• March 14: Roosevelt Way NE Paving and Safety Improvements project begins.
• March 14 - 15: SR520 closed in both directions between Montlake Blvd. and Bellevue.
• March 18 - 19: 2nd Ave. closed between Pike St. and Union St. during a large concrete mat pour.
• March 19: Grand Opening of Sound Transit's U-Link stations on Capitol Hill and at Husky Stadium.
