The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights: 

• November 30: The northbound lanes of 23rd Ave. between E. Cherry St. and E. Union St. will be closed until Fall of 2016.
•  December 4: The Great Figgy Pudding Caroling Competition will close streets around Westlake Center.
•  December 4 - 7: Westbound I-90 closed between Bellevue and Seattle; traffic will be diverted to the express lanes.
•  December 4 - 7: 23rd Ave & E. Cherry St. intersection closed.
•  December 6: Eastbound SR520 closed between Montlake Blvd. and Bellevue.
•  December 11 - 14: Eastbound I-90 closed between Seattle and Bellevue; traffic will be diverted to the express lanes.
•  December 13: Westbound SR520 closed between Bellevue and Montlake Blvd.
