The Seattle Department of Transportation's weekly transportation construction update highlights the projects and events that may impact travel through the Seattle area. View this week's update.

This week's highlights: 

• Nov. 30: Seattle Sounders host the Houston Dynamo in the second leg of their playoff match. 7:30 p.m. at CenturyLink Field.
• Nov. 30 - Dec. 14: Republican St. closed nightly between 9th Ave. N. and Westlake Ave. N. during duct bank installation.
• Dec. 1: Great Figgy Pudding Caroling Competition will close street around the Westlake Mall Friday evening.
• Dec. 3: Seattle Seahawks host the Philadelphia Eagles at 5:30 p.m. at CenturyLink Field.
• Dec. 11: Columbia 2-Way Transit Corridor Project begins. Columbia St. reduced to one lane between 3rd and 1st Ave.
