The NWSA has recently launched a Trucker Feedback Form, which can be accessed directly and found on our refreshed Trucker Resource page. The intent of this form is to hear directly from our trucking community about how things are going around the gateway. Our goal is to capture reoccurring questions, trends, and challenges that truckers are facing so the NWSA can track and discuss with our partners ways to help motor carriers.
Every submission will be reviewed by our team, and we will be connecting drivers with the right resources and partners that can help assist as applicable. The form is not intended to solve any real time issues or questions around specific containers or transactions. We will acknowledge and/or answer all submissions in a timely manner.
